Tomorrow, Thursday, Feb 8 at 8pm (evening) our time twitch.tv/speedgaming will feature ScouB and me in a SMK (NTSC) Time Trial all courses race with Joe Bernier and Dan Hoernemann on commentary.
It'll be the clash of the WR titans! ;D O0

C'était sympa à regarder ;)
Même si le match a été plié au bout de 5 courses quand Scoub a tenté des LBs après avoir picolé ::) ;D
Karel a été très solide sur la plupart des courses, et Scoub a fait beaucoup d'erreurs (dont pas mal de zoomstarts foirés).

Oui, j'y suis allé "yolo" alors que je m'étais pas du tout échauffé ;D dommage que MC2 arrive si vite dans le speedrun ::)
On s'était dit avec Karel de tenter les PJ et LB.
J'ai raté un nombre incroyable de départ en effet :-X pas loin de la moitié je pense, mais bon c'est mon quotidien ça...
Bref c'était marrant, même si ça doit être mieux de le faire côte à côte, car au final je n'avais pas vue sur où en était Karel, donc je faisais mes one try en mode blasé, sans enjeu, comme si j'étais tout seul dans mon coin :-X

I actually think its very positive that you went yolo mode ScouB. I prefer opposition like this in a showcase than the very calculated style of Sami. Maybe I played Sami's role a bit this time actually. ::) Just less well than the master himself.
I half failed an LB so I didnt go for that after and same after the first 2 failed jumps on GV1 (I did wanna do 1, so I went for it in final lap).

Yeh, I took it like an exhibition thing, more than a competition.
Otherwise, I would have played more like Sami at CDM, for victory... and I would have warmed up obviously ;D
Still, nice job Karel :D and the commentators too, I hope they didn't yell and swear at me too much ;D

Exactly :D Same, but I was executing some 1-try strats because of the muscle memory build up during my AGDQ practice of last year.

I just read about missed zoom starts / longboosts and playing or not playing with my style (#WhatEverThatIS?) CDM style ?
Sounds like you had fun and some different approaches to the AGDQ runs :)

@Karel : your VL1 was just SICK :o, and both BC1 and RR were robotic, impressive stuff! 8)
@ScouB : yeah, better to warm up a little bit next time 0:). But still fun to watch anyway. As it was more like an exhibition, why didn't you go for your favorite CI1 wallride ending?
Nice commentaries, loved the fact of Karel being trolled by Joe about the missed platform jump on GV3 and his usual successrate on zoomstarts ;D
