CDM 2019 / Zarkov Presents: Best CDM Moments
« le: 18 avril 2019, à 10:33:59 »
Hello!

Made a vid for the build up to the CDM. Im a noob at this sort of thing, and this is the first type of video of this style that ive ever made so its a little rough around the edges. I hope you enjoy it nonetheless  8)

CDM 2017 / A lift for Zarkov. I was told maybe Scoub can help?
« le: 30 juin 2017, à 19:30:23 »
Hey guys,

I started a new thread as im too lazy to google translate everything and find the appropriate place to post. Plus im important!

So yeah, Moll tells me there is a 5 hour wait at Le Mans for a train to La Suze which sounds merde. My train gets into Le Mans at 13:09. Moll has also said maybe there is a ride with Scoub from there to La Suze?

If thats the case that would be amazing, and id be happy to pay Scoub (or whoever is able to offer a lift) some euros for the inconvenience.

Many thanks, and lemme know :)

Autres / A question for FF
« le: 23 août 2014, à 13:32:55 »
Hey guys,

At the CDM there was a SNES which had the power LED changed to a disco LED. (it changed colour)

It was so awesome, and I wanna do it to my SNES. Could someone translate to Frenchais and ask FF where he got the LED please?

Mercy, PAS MAL

According to this site, when I try to login as Zarkov it says that username doesnt exist. Is there anyway to get it back?

CDM 2014 / Awarding the top prizes. An idea by Zarkov.
« le: 18 avril 2014, à 13:53:33 »
Youve changed the layout. I couldnt login with my old account, so ive made a new one. Was a fuck around with it all being in Francais lol.

Anyway, im starting this thread because Mario told me too.

It concerns the main prizes at the CDM (the WII Us Mario got today). I posted on the international MB on how I dont think the top 5 should automatically get the Wii Us.

My idea was to give the top 3 overall Wii Us, have Mario decide on someone who has performed excellently over the week and give them one Wii U, and then have the final one drawn for at random.

I suggest this because for people outside of the very top, winning one of the top prizes is pretty much impossible. Ive been to 4 CDMs now, and a few people have walked away with a top prize everytime. Now thats not a bad thing in any way, I just think giving incentive to lesser skilled players would not only improve competition for everyone, but also add to the fun of the whole event.

To me, someone like Graf finishing top 20 overall in a field of 50 would be far more worthy of a top prize than say Sami finishing top 3. Which is pretty much expected.

Obviously the choice on who gets it would be up to the organizers (Mario et al).

Additionally, im not fussed about the 'draw at random' one. I can see that wouldnt be to everyones liking. It just seemed neater to have the top 3 win a Wii U, and then two others. So if youre not into the randomly drawn thing, no worries.

I do however think awarding at least one Wii U to deserving lesser skilled players should be considered as a new way of awarding the top prizes.

It doesnt even have to be for an overall rank. Conor surprised everyone when he made the semis in GP(?). It was as much a talking point as Neo winning the whole thing.

Anyway, discuss away.
