Small Question about when the venue opens

I'd like to know from which moment the venue opens and accepts people arriving. 
So if the people responsible for the organization can tell me, we (Team NL) can adjust our travelling details accordingly.

Tvs and stuff will be set up by the Tuesday 18th August as far as i know. Perhaps preliminary setups may begin on the Monday but i dont think it is officially open then.

yes, i believe we have the keys form the monday to the sunday, so i guess it s ok if you arrive on monday.

Yes we have the room from Monday. But meals by Monday are not budgeted

Is there like a supermarket or MacDo nearby where we can get "dinner"? If so, we would like to arrive on Monday evening. Perhaps we can help you guys setting things up too. 

If it's really hard to get food there, we can also arrive Tuesday, no problem of course.

Yeah there is no problem at all to get dinner nearby so you can come on Monday
