En regardant les karters que Lafungo a dépassé ce week-end, j'ai vu cette personne :
59 Marisa Soutyou info Japan 65.275 -
Marisa, ça fait plutot féminin comme prénom, non ?
Sami, are you sure Marisa Soutyou is a man ?
This question was asked several years ago
Marisa is a guy dont worry, Ha Nyan knows him and referred to Marisa as "he" several times too anyway.
In the UK or USA, Marissa (with two S) tends to be a girls name, i remember Clark got mixed up thinking it was the same name. Remember this is a completely different country and just using the Romanji alphabet. In Japanese, the stress is on the first syllable when you read it, a bit like in Finnish language where my mother is from.
In Turkey for example you have some names where exactly the same name exists for a girl or boy! Deniz and Servet are examples.
Just to laugh, in some parts, people thought my name was a girl. Because Samantha can be Sam for short and very rarely (in UK or US) a few have used Sami as a short version. When i tell them the truth that my name is for a guy and it comes from Arabic, they go quiet afterwards
