Basically Gatchan,

Need to mention to him that if he doesn't meet us on Tuesday morning in Gare du Nord.

It might be very difficult for him possibly... he would have to find his own way to the venue unless there is anyone else to meet him that comes on another day, and we don't want him to be lost.

We already have the Montparnasse tickets for the UK guys so we get to Gare Du Nord at 11:47am and we must be boarding the Montparnasse - > Le Mans train at 13:45pm or so (Guillaume can confirm precise time).

So he needs to decide this very carefully when booking tickets. And i dont trust long haul flights, it could be many hours delay, so he would need to travel Monday and arrive considerably earlier to meet us Tuesday morning. If he spoke fluent english / french and had been to europe/ France before then id be a little less worried.

Hey Sami, have you been in touch with the Japanese player recently? He sent me an email a few days ago, saying he'd contact you to get some pece of information about the train on Aug 20th @ Gare Montparnasse, and about the camping stuff. Tell me if he needs some other details. I'm considering taking the same train myself.

Hey man,

Basically there is a train at Montparnasse at 13:4x something going to Le Mans, then we change for the other small train.

We arrive on Eurostar at Gare du Nord at 11:47am. I already sent Mario all the money 6 weeks ago to buy the train, 2nd train and subway tickets for the 7 UK guys coming from UK. Florian Valandina is supposed to meet us at Gare Du Nord to pass these tickets to us.

So if he wants to join us also someone will need to get him all the tickets beforehand so that we don't need to bbuy them on the day (expensive or maybe unavailable?). I heard that Valandina has his tickets already too maybe...

I dunno if you guys want him to send money first or someone buys them and tells him the amount of money to bring.

Hopefully it is all sorted out, let me know what you have decided with him. Will be great if you join us also at this time.

Yes please if you can arrange the trains and subway tickets for him. So you will join the same ones as us on the 20th? Please let me or Mario know (Mario will remember the exact times of ours) if you need to book the same ones.
