Il n'y a pas de numéro, mais la salle se trouve au tout début de la rue des Courtils (numéro entre 1 et 10 probablement)

Le camping est avenue de la piscine, à environ 700m de la salle.

Kebab : 16, rue Jules Olivier, à 348m de la salle 

Je rappelle que le camping est compris dans les frais d'inscription, donc vous n'avez pas besoin de réserver, je m'en occupe !

We will be using tents, but just out of interest do you know how much the hotel costs per person?

Also how far is the showers building from the tents and are they free to use any time? I assume that toilets are also there too so we dont have to go back to the venue for something like that?

Around 50 euros the night for one person, probably less for 2 or 3 persons in the same room.

Don't know how far will be the showers from the tents, probably not far at all. There are toilets in the camping and in the cm place of course.

Please could you confirm two things:

1. Could you check with the staff / town people how far exactly the showers are from the campsite, a few of the team are asking. Perhaps mark it on the maps where the building is.

2. Are there definitely some lockers in the venue to lock some important valuables (money, passports etc) that we do not want to leave in the campsite each day? Last year wasnt an issue as we had the campsite within the venue grounds (a gate all around). Then we can bring a bag with the important stuff each day and lock it in the venue, then take it to the campsite again at night.

The showers are in the campsite. It's a camping. The distance will depend of where we will be placed. But probably around 50-200m maximum.

Yes this is the plan. There are some lockers (al least 2 big rooms) in the venue, and I will have the key.

It would suck a bit if everyone had to depend on just one key since you'll not be there 24:7 for everyone.
