Even in the CDM GP competition itself, you don't need this lvl of consistency to win; what you need is peak efforts in 3/5 races per cup or opponent disturbing tactics.  A run like the one I had at ESA would probably not be sufficient to reach the final, since the other guy only needs to race 3 better races out of 5 (a little more risk) per cup. Then he can affort to screw up the other 2 (which probably comes with the territory of taking extra risk to try and peak at every course). He could also suffice with driving only 1 better race and hit me with items for the other 2 to make the difference, Harold stylee

Anyway, having a medal in GP will not be easy, but you can definitively do it.

What about MR ? you are normally a potential medalist, even a potential winner.

A 3^rd place match in GP between you and Geo would be awesome since both of you never got any medal there and lost that match in 2005, 2008, 2009, 2011 and 2012.

Considering the Karel's luck, I would prefer to avoid this...

I haven't trained MR at all, so that would surprise me. 
Anyway, a medal at MR will be harder than in GP I think.

I think at the moment I would rate myself as #4 in the world at MR, behind Sami, Neo and also ScouB (judging by his insane NTSC MR campaign on SNESOT where he completely destroyed me! ). 
I can beat all of the above, but I can just as easily lose to Harold, Mario and you, which in my eyes are really similar in MR lvl to me.

Well I don't think I've ever beaten Geo in the KO stage of MR at a CDM, so I'm not being unrealistic there. Also I knocked you out of MR by the skin on my teeth last time.

Well I don't exactly have the same hopes, I'm OK to avoid you in GP but not in MR. Actually I would even be slightly disappointed to knock someone else out of the MR quarterfinals if this happens.
