nop, i think 32Gb is the max package (but we can take 2 keys...)

i don't use twitch but, when you stream, have you different options ? like stream quality or max upload per sec...?
because if yes, we can estimate the quantity of data we need.. and/or regulate with software...

Yeah if we go for this option (of having keys) then we need to have a fairly accurate estimate of how much data upload we need (and buy a tad more, so we have a good margin). Unless it's really expensive of course.
Anyway, that's a good start. You can indeed stream at different bitrates & framerates; the combo of these 2 ingredients completely determines the amount of data that is produced (as far as I know).

I can run some tests with my stream @ different bitrates / framerates and extrapolate the amount of data that we will produce. Assuming that local recording & streaming produce the same size of files (which they should, since the bitrate is the same). To be continued!

EDIT: that will be next week at the earliest, since I will be @ the ESA charity speedrunning marathon to run GTA V this weekend. 

EDIT2: Before we start testing all this, it is a good idea to verify that this 4G deal is significantly superior to the wired connection that is already in place @ la Suze. I am assuming it is, but it would be good to know the stats anyway.

I called Yesterday "La Suze sur Sarthe". The lengh of the room is 15m approximatively. A 50m cable is good enough.

For 4G, i will call French Telecom Operator today to know the coverage of the network at La Suze

I just did a stream for 1hr 36mins at 720p, 25 fps with a 2k bit rate and the local recording for the stream was ~ 1.4Gb. In terms of what the quality looks like at those settings, a small sample of the stream can be found under this highlight: http://www.twitch.tv/moll79/c/6936312

Stream quality definitely looks of the standard that we should aim for. Though I would prefer having a framerate of 40+ (or why not the full 50 of PAL). That's no biggie though, even @ 25fps it's very watchable as long as the connection is stable.

Let's make some extrapolations based on this already.

You were currently recording roughly 1 Gb per hour. Let's say we up the framerate a little, we'd land max 2 Gb per hour.
Lowest estimate of streaming hours on full tournament days would be 10 hours a day (say from 14.00-24.00), highest 14 hours (14.00 to 4.00). On the TT and relaxing day it would be between 5 and 10 I think.

That means we'd be streaming between 40 and 62 hours. We'd need 40Gb at the lowest and 124 Gb at the highest.
From this, I think we can safely say that we'll need at least 2 keys (for 40 euros a piece) and if we wanna go for max we'll need 5 (200 euros, which tbh is not even THAT much). If we can somehow get a sponsor deal for this aspect it would be even better.

Our budget being tighter than a rat's arsehole we're not paying 80 euros just for a better framerate let alone 200. Even if we did have that kind of money we'd rather use it on a waitress since a smoother organization will always prevail over a smoother stream.
